"Lucy at Joe Bostic's office was great. She completed an apples to apples comparative with my old policy and showed me I was being overcharged. Then she was able to get me better coverage & added perks for considerably less than I was paying. A total savings of $140 a month but now with better coverage and adding a 20 year old male driver to the policy."

"I had State Farm for a while, no issues. Mostly talked with Derek, always a nice guy but once I wanted to switch insurances, that nice guy disappeared. Very bad attitude after I told him I was switching, he had the same attitude when my wife left."

"Absolutely terrible Customer service! Insurance dropped without notification. Luckily I called state Farm main line to be informed so I wasn't driving uninsured. Look out!"

"I was with another company for some years ryms with *aggressive * was being charged over 150 a month for one car w only liability i assumed that was normal because of my car type however when I hot a quote with state farm I was floored at the difference want to thank them for getting every discount possible and saving me so much money .."
